No. Our business hours are 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, seven days a week, and our emergency service is available during those hours.
My key broke off in the lock. What should I do?
Avoid digging at the broken piece with other tools, which can push it further in or damage the lock. Call us and we'll remove it and cut a new key if needed.
Can you secure my door after a break-in?
Yes. We can repair or replace damaged locks, strikes and hardware to get the door secure again. Damaged frames or glass may need other trades, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
